Cada Litro de C Fuel trata 5000 litros de combustible y permite reducciones considerables en las emisiones de CO², en las cenizas y ahorros de combustible que van entre el 5 y 30%, permitiendo además limpiar barros, bacterias y suciedades tanto en los sistemas de trasiego de combustibles como en los tanques madre y de  uso diario.

Descripción

Dentro de sus beneficios principales del C Fuel podemos mencionar que reduce considerablemente las emisiones de CO² a la atmosfera; reduce los humos y las cenizas en las chimeneas; aísla el agua del carburante y de las bacterias, evitando la producción de ácido sulfúrico; mantiene las calderas muy limpias aumenta la longitud de la llama y genera ahorros en combustible entre el 5% y 30% en calderas.

  1. Mejoramiento de Combustión:
  • Es un surfactante extremadamente concentrado, en contraste con la mayoría de los aditivos para carburantes que son solventes. Tiene una viscosidad de aproximadamente un 15% la viscosidad del combustible.
  • Mejora la atomización y fragmenta el carburante a nivel molecular por lo que se libera así más energía.
  • Tiene un efecto únicamente físico sobre los carburantes, modificando la estructura molecular, disolviendo los depósitos, los lodos y favoreciendo una combustión más completa.
  • El C Fuel mejora y facilita la reacción de combustión, por lo que se hace necesario reducir el tamaño de la reacción y, posiblemente, reducir el caudal de la bomba para mantener la temperatura óptima.
  • Tiene una composición 100% orgánica, libre de solventes, sin benceno, ni tolueno.
  1. Disminución de emisiones contaminantes (Dióxido de Azufre y partículas en suspensión)
  • Aísla el agua del carburante y de las bacterias, evitando la producción de ácido sulfúrico y permite la reducción considerable en la emisión del dióxido de azufre a niveles inferiores a 2500 mg/m3
  • Dentro de sus beneficios principales podemos mencionar que reduce considerablemente las emisiones de CO² a la atmosfera.

  1. Rendimiento del Aditivo C-Fuel
  • Su relación es de 1 litro de aditivo por 5000 litros de combustible para lograr una reducción de emisiones sustancial y a corto plazo, por lo que lo tiene un precio accesible en relación al gasto en combustible.
  • Reducción del consumo de combustible superior al 5%, por lo que justifica su utilización ya que su costo será absorbido por los ahorros obtenidos.

  • El aditivo se envasa en bidones con capacidad de 5 litros que permiten el tratamiento de 25,000 litros de combustible cada uno (relación 1 a 5000), para efectos de reducción de emisiones y su aplicación se puede realizar directamente en los tanques de combustible de uso diario o bien, al tanque madre mediante la aplicación del aditivo directamente a las mangueras de llenado de los tanques de combustible, siempre respetando la relación

  • Diseñado para uso en calderas de diesel, bunker, keroseno y gasoil
  • Reduce las emisiones contaminantes.
  • No daña sensores de oxígeno, inyectores, convertidores, válvulas de retorno de gases o catalizadores del sistema de escape.
  • Limpia los tanques principales de almacenamiento de combustible, filtros de combustible, válvulas, inyectores, bombas inyectoras, tuberías de trasiego de combustible y tanques de uso diario.
  • No modifica la estructura química de los combustibles, fracciona el carbono y el azufre. Dispersa el agua en el combustible provocando una emulsión en todo el volumen del combustible depositado, permitiendo se queme totalmente el combustible y evita la precipitación de agua en el fondo de los tanques previniendo la generación de algas, lodos y bacterias, que producen ácido sulfúrico y corroen el fondo de tanques y paredes.
  • Desintegra depósitos e incrustaciones de barnices y gomas en tuberías de alimentación de combustible a los sistemas.
  • No contiene benceno ni tolueno o solventes derivados del mismo petróleo en sus componentes de fabricación.
  • Ingredientes: aceites esenciales de nueces y almendras procesados con biotecnología de avanzada.
  • Precaución: mantener alejado del calor, chispas, fuego y fuera del alcance de los niños.
  • Evitar exposición prolongada del producto a la luz solar directa pues pierde efectividad.
  • Primeros auxilios:
    • En contacto con ojos y piel lavarse con abundante agua.
    •  Si se ingiere no inducir al vómito y trasladarlo al hospital más cercano.
  • Aplicar directo al tanque de combustible antes de cargar combustible en cantidad tal que la relación de mezcla sea de una parte de aditivo por cada 5000 partes de combustible para reducción de emisiones y ahorro y por su alta concentración se facilita el manejo de espacio y manipulación por parte del personal del departamento de Calderas.
